I would not TDP-limit this game. The Deck already struggles to maintain 30 FPS, particularly in larger outdoor sections, so restricting the APU to something like 10–12 W is counterproductive. SteamDB currently lists the recommended runtime as proton-stable, so there's also no good reason to force Experimental or GE-Proton unless a future update introduces a problem. For the actual game settings, I'd use: Quality Preset: Very Low Resolution: 1280×720 Upscaling: TSR Upscaling Quality: Ultra Resolution Scale: ~70% if using the game's resolution-scale approach instead Effects: Very Low Geometry: Very Low Global Illumination: Very Low Lighting: Very Low Textures: Low Reflections: Very Low Atmospherics: Very Low Post Processing: Very Low Motion Blur: Off (personal preference; On can disguise 30 FPS somewhat) Async Compute: On VSync: Off Maximum FPS: 30
